Balthier's passive increases the bravery he gains when defeating rivals, giving him more chances to go on the offensive against bosses.
Fires of War adds extra damage to his normal attacks, allowing him to punish rivals with devastating blows.
The powerful ranged attack Element of Treachery can blow away opposing foes and secure a path to victory!
Outfits
Background
Often referring to himself as "the leading man," Balthier traverses the skies with his Viera partner, Fran, in search of treasure.
Sharp-tongued and cynical, Balthier hates getting dragged into trouble. Even so, he could not help but have a soft spot for Vaan, a young boy who dreamt of becoming a sky pirate.
At first he was content to remain a detached observer, but eventually Balthier realized his own father plotted to thwart Princess Ashe's efforts to liberate Dalmasca. From that moment, he took a more active role in the struggles.
His fondness for women has earned him quite the reputation, with some saying he has wooed more ladies than there are stars in the sky.
