She can use her magitek Riot Blade to strike distant foes, then close the distance and use Tornado to launch them into the air.
By activating Trance, she can unleash a flurry of abilities and lead her team to victory!

Background
In a world where magic was presumed lost, there is a young girl who can wield it. Born from the rare union between esper and human, she carries within her extraordinary power.
Captured and enslaved by the imperial magitek knight Kefka, Terra was used as a living weapon. The experience robbed her of her memories and left her emotionally wounded. However, she was eventually able to recover what was lost and devoted herself to becoming a bridge between humanity and espers.
After Kefka scattered her and her friends across a ruined world, she spent time taking care of children whose families were taken in the disaster. This began to kindle in her a strange and unfamiliar feeling.
In her free time, Terra enjoys cuddling with moogles.
