Tantalus Brigand

Background

This laid-back young man was a member of Tantalus, a band of thieves disguised as a theater troupe. Although he has a habit of trying to sweet-talk any lady he runs into, his strong sense of responsibility is unmistakable, as is his innate aptitude for leadership. Though he lacks memories of his childhood, he always harbored the dream of discovering where he was born.

Zidane eventually set off in pursuit of an enigmatic man named Kuja who spread war and woe in his wake. This journey took him from his presumed home world of Gaia to another world entirely: Terra. What he learned there shook him to his very core.

Tantalus's signature play, "I Want to Be Your Canary," enjoys immense popularity throughout the kingdom of Alexandria.
